Period pain and nausea after the period, can someone explain why?

My period finished 2 days ago and yesterday I've starting feeling nauseous, uneasy, I have a belly ache like when you have diarrhea, my stomach aches as well. I am on the contraceptive pill and weeks ago I missed three days. Thank you for your answers.

Could be a virus but the only way to know for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think is going on.
