Is there any way that my school can find out that i have their computeR?
Maybe if i use the schools server, or go on the internet with it and they find my IP adress connected to the computer?!
is there any way at all that they can find out i have it?
Please help me, i didnt know he stole it from my school, but it was cheap, so i got it from him ><

just dont plug it up to the internet.or buy a new hard drive for it..or get somebody that knows how to do it

How did you find out that your friend stole the computer? Is it a laptop?
Regardless of how you came to be in possession of this computer, you need to return it to the school. Just posting this sort of thing in a forum like Yahoo! answers means that you are going to get caught.
Clean your fingerprints off the computer and return it anonymously. Hell, if your friend really did steal this computer, you need to watch your back. If all that you say is true, I think you're being set up.
