Whilst Don Cheedle was very annoying, the accent/voice I really dislike is the woman in Casion Royale, the one working for the Treasury.
I really like the film and would have scored a 10 if it hadn't been for that woman!

I'd go with Orson Welles in Lady from Shanghai. I was reluctant to offend a film professor about this, since he's taught Welles and written about Welles for years. He said he thought it was "damn awful", but he said that some people think this may have been a deliberate attempt to embarass Rita Hayworth, as their divorce was right around that time.
If you listen to him, it's every bad Irish joke you've ever heard.

I agree with the poster above who said Fran Drescher. But the most annoying for me was Rosie Perez in the movie "It Could Happen to You" her portrayal of Nick Cage's nagging wife was spot on.

Nicolas Cage in "Con-Air"...his psuedo-southern accent was like nails on a chalkboard to me and ruined that movie. Although Malkovich kept me watching..that guy plays a great socio/psyco-path.

That what the first one I thought of before I clicked on this question! His was very bad, but the most obvious has to be Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poopins.

I hate the stereotypical Asian accent. You know, the one that replaces L's with R's. Soooo wrong and gets annoying real quick. For example, "Herro" instead of "Hello".
