im just now getting tired but if i went to bed now id have to get up in 2 hours. should i? or will i be even more tired? thanks!

you shouldn't sleep for 2 hours... if you plan on sleeping, do not sleep the whole 2 hours as you will have a hard time motivating yourself to move.. try to sleep 1:45 hours then let the alarm whack away! best to stand up immediately and do some exercises than try to stay in bed and never wake up at the desired time..

Everybody is different and there is varying views. My experience for me personally, I feel worse if I try to sleep for that short a period of time. I do better to keep moving and keep going. Other people may do better with the quick nap. It takes me a long time to get going once I get to sleep tho, so it's not a good idea for me. Only you can really answer that question as you are the only one that really know how your body responds to things like that. Ideally this situation is not good for you in the first place, put sometimes it happens, and only you know how your body reacts to the situation. Asking others will do you no good. Draw on past experience and go from there. If you know you will feel worse, then get busy and clean something for the next 2 hours...do what you have to stay awake.

I've heard it takes about 1-1/2 hours to go through the whole sleep cycle. So including time it takes to fall asleep and get back up, yeah, go for it.

Go to sleep, any sleep you get now will be worth it...but don't nap later on today, try to stay awake until bed time again and have a good night's sleep.

Sure go ahead and grab the sleep, its just like a nap!!
I think the only time you would feel really bad after only 2 hrs is if you had been drinking and your body needed time to recover.
But 2 hrs and a shower and you should feel great!!

Learn the art of power napping. That way, you can get refreshed even with less and interrupted sleep.
