This is both the DEMOCRATS and the REPUBLICANS making. Bush Sr. signed it, and Clinton saw to it that it was enforced and Bush Jr. made sure that it was shoved even further with the SPP.

BOTH the parties are guilty of this treason. Don't believe me? Check out the facts of what these both do! They are TELLING OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ANY SAY IN HOW OUR COUNTRY IS RAN! Look at the Mexican truckers here if you don't believe me! I don't know HOW many Congressman have tried to stop it, but they aren't able to because of NAFTA and SPP agreements.

Another fact is how the border agents are still in prison, even though the jurors (3 of them) point blank said that they were threatened with the fact that it would not be a "hung" jury. Even the fact that evidence was prevented from being shown that would have shown WHY they acted the way they did and the fact that this "man" was nothing more than a drug smuggler!

Again SENATORS and REPRESENTATIVES have tried to free them, to no avail...and the people who pressed for charges are in MEXICO, not the USA. Doesn't that seem ODD to you? I have NEVER heard of anything like this happening before. Why are we allowing this?

Drl...HOW is this an exaggeration? It is what is happening to the US and people are too worried about what Brittney Spears is wearing and what "NEW" gadget to get. If you LOOK at the FACTS you will say what I said is true and to the point.

It is a poor answer to say that it is an exaggeration and not true, without even disputing ONE comment which I wrote.

Requirements for a functional republic:

People who have a strong enough base morals to respect the laws and customs
People must care enough to vote
People must care enough to research candidates
People must care enough to not sell themselves out by loosing their control on government
People must care enough to learn about how international relations, finance, etc works so they can understand what policies mean and what their implications are rather then believing whatever is printed, stated, or acted out

We Americans have become apathetic and refuse to do the homework required to make our republic work smoothly and as a result we are now saddled with an all-powerful government that is too big to be controlled. Less then half of the eligible voters do vote. Most of those vote for whomever their party/union/special interest group/etc tell them to vote for and usually for only a few parts of the whole. There is no longer a Constitutional check/balance on the size of the federal government (used to be the once sovereign states). We have allowed the militia to become a joke (it is not trained/regulated, it does not have military-grade weapons). If NAFTA truly is a problem, it is because we the people have not done the work required to ensure a working republic.

"What type of government have you given us?" "A republic (if you can keep it)." Answer by Benjamin Franklin.

I don't know. It is similar to my question: Can I sue Penis Clinton and Injustice Goldstone, since, due to their war mongering, I developed the problem of shouting while dreaming (while I am asleep), a problem which I never had before 1999 (and the shouting is almost always connected to their war mongering)? Well, that would be a hard one.

It's hard enough to get corrupt people high-up in the chain to put impeachment on the table!

E-mail your local senator and let him/her know how you feel.

The only thing we can do is not re-elect the current idiots that voted for it and elect people that will fix things.

As you can see both parties sold us out on this. The only thing I know to do is learn Spanish.

I don't think you'll accomplish much by suing yourself. Think about it for a minute.
