Even if you didn't physically hurt them or anything? Does it require any evidence for it to be approved??

What if I left them alone and not bother them but they still go and file a restraining order against me?? Would that order still get approved?

Going to court for minor things?!! The neighbour may have to go to a psychiatrist!

Restraining orders do not need proof of physical harm. One of their major purposes is to prevent harm.

Just stay away from your neighbor and do not have contact with them

Yes, they usually issue pro se orders and you get to have a hearing. You don't have to physically hurt someone to be abusive. Emotional abuse often is more severe psychologically than physical!

They will have to prove it, however I am sure they will have someone to testify! The evidentiary standard is very low. They have to prove it by 50,01%!

Just leave them alone!

Leave your neighbor completely alone, and you won't have to worry about it.
