I wish, but he looked so ill on the last tours I don't think so. As for the photo I'm not sure, but why would he risk being seen, even photographed ,if he'd went to the trouble?

Elvis died on August 16, 1977 in the bathroom at Graceland. After being found on the bathroom floor, Elvis was rushed to the hospital where he was officially pronounced dead. The coroner recorded the cause of death as cardiac arrhythmia. While true in the strictest sense (cardiac arrhythmia basically means that the heart was beating irregularly and in this case, finally stopped), the attending physicians deliberately omitted the fact that what had apparently caused Elvis' heart to beat irregularly and then stop was an overdose of prescription drugs.

i read a biography on him. he died in the bathroom. when he got to the hospital, doctors officially pronounced him dead.
so no...on the other hand it could be his spirit. it does kinda look like a spirit...the spirit might be visible because he didnt realize someone was watching.
there are alot of unexplained things and stories of spirits are heard all the time.
if it isnt his spirit who knows? all i know is it cant be that hes alive. that is impossible.
anyway why would he fake his own death? i mean there is no benefit for him doing that..
