The ink is definately not permanent because I have managed to remove it from my clothes with just 1 normal wash.

Nail vanish remover work for most types of inks and even some paints.

I know accidents do happen, but when working with printer cartridges its always best to put a plastic bin bag underneath the printer, especially if you have carpet.

You can actually buy printer ink remover, I got a bottle in with a refiller ink kit! it worked on my carpet when managed to spray ink everywhere whilst changing a cartridge!

IN that case, just any old carpet shampoo I would have thought! Truthfully, a bit of fairy liquid in warm water and a cloth will probably do it then!
