Dec 25 is Christmas Day. July 4 is Independance Day.
What should we call 9/11? Should we call it WTC day?
Or perhaps WTF day?
Get patriotic, get evil, feel free to vent.

I think it should be allowed to fade into history. As much as I sympathise with all the people who lost loved ones in the events of that day, I do believe that it has been used by the American government (and others) to frighten people and to create laws that take away basic human rights in the name of security.

If 9/11 was allowed to fade maybe the American people would get back to their old ways of celebrating the diversity of their nation's ancestors instead of being scared of each others' shadows.

The only people finding positive aspects of 9/11 are the large corporations selling fear wholesale for large profits. Guess who owns most of them? (Wouldn't be members of the government by any chance? .... no, of course not)

BTW I am British and I find it sad that your country has been brought to this condition by the very people who were supposed to help you avoid it.

We shouldn't call it any thing we should go on living our lives and stop crying about the past. We all keep the memory of those who died in our minds. But, to continually cry and whine about what happened only strengthens the cause of those who planned the event. Pickup and move on with you lives and that will weaken the evil cause.

I don't think it should have a name other than September 11th. We, and future generations, will always know what happened and why it's significant.
