On my birth certificate why doesnt it say my Fathers state of birth or age..do they just not know?plzzz read?
under fathers age and fathers state of birth it just says "Amend--Auth.:Chapter193RSMO"
whats that mean?!

I have been searching for an answer.
I do believe your dad was born in Missouri.
The rest I am still searching for. Could you add more details such as if you knew your dad, is he still living, where you think he was born.????
It could be that his Birth Certificate was not found and they put a code on your birth certificate indicating that.
I will post more when I find something.
I have looked and looked and have found many reasons it would have a code. Code 193 has different meaning.
One being that your dad did not sign the Birth certificate.
He was Under Age
His Birth Certificate is not on file.

maybe you don't have a dad =O
is your mum a single mum??
maybe it's best to contact where you got your b.c from to sort it out.
