I already know about actorpoint.com, colin's movie page and http://members.aol.com/lockslett3/monol/m_other.html and I need something new.

If you cant find anything at those websites, you need a different media, like a library and reading plays. Do That, the best monologues come from plays, if youwant to be an actor you should be devouring plays like a maniac.
