Iron Man without his weapons is just Tony Stark. Considering he's in a delicate state with a piece of shrapnel near his heart he probably shouldn't be playing contact sports without his armor. The Hulk would make a lousy QB because his hands are too big to throw the ball and he'd probably crush it anyway since he has a problem controlling his strength. If I wanted an imaginary super hero type character as QB then it would be "The Six Mllion Dollar Man." He looks rather ordinary but his bionic eye could find receivers downfield. His bionic legs would make him impossible to catch (he runs 60 mph) or tackle. His bionic arm could throw the length of the field and, if he ran, he could stiff arm like crazy.

One play? Yes! I would be in pain the next day, but just the excitement of getting the chance would pump me up so much it would be like a car wreck. Of course I would be the car that got T-boned across the intersection, but at least I could get the guys that hit me to sign my body cast.

Oh yeah of course I would. Then again I'm a pretty well built guy at about 6' 225 lbs and that makes the decision easier.
