Is she there on holidays or living there?
It is illegal to send medications purchased on the PBS system out of Australia, other than for personal use of an Australian citizen temporarily overseas.

I don't think so, but if she's living in America than she can get these medications at a free clinic. I know she can visit a Planned Parenthood and get low cost birth control. As for her inhalers, again visiting a clinic would be best. If she is a student, she should be able to get both medications from doctors on campus.

You'd have to check with the Post Office here and with the US import and medical authorities.
I think it'd be simpler if she sourced the stuff in the USA herself. Also, are the inhalers pressurised? I'm not sure if those can travel in a plane.

I would check it out with authoritys, and if you get the ok to do that send it in a parcel and tell the post office that your sending medication, they might have to put a special sticker on it. It should be ok though, but make sure you check!

Possibly, but it may well be cheaper to get the stuff in the US. Discuss the matter with the Aussie postal authorities.
