Well, I'm pretty sure it is a Leopard Squill or (ledebouria), but I'm not sure which one. I will have to keep searching for that.

As for care instructions there is not much. From what I could find just treat it like a succulent and don't water it much. It can take full sun or light shade. That's about it.

Not sure the name but sure is pretty.
I would suggest bright, indirect light; not full sun from looking at the leaves.

appears to be an aloe plant.What you see is its flower.Aloe is great for burns.
