A word made up entirely of consonants is pretty much unpronouncable, and will look dumb anyway. Almost every word in the world has at least one vowel in it, so you'll be hard pressed to find names that don't. Also, the letter 'y' is considered a vowel if the letters a, e, i, o, or u aren't in the name so if you're against vowels altogether, the names suggested by the other answerers aren't helpful to you at all.
