i didnt catch the mtv awards but while i was flipping through the channels i saw carson daily talking about how bad brittany spears looked. i was curious so i did a search on yahoo and found a clip of the mtv awards. yeah her dancing and lip syncing were really bad but i thought her body looked good. did i not see the right clip? i wish my body looked like that. im going to try and find another clip but did she look fat to you?

nothing wrong with her body at all and for all those who say she was clumsy and unrehearsed, she had a huge performance set up with Criss Angel but Timbalad said no way at the last minute leaving her with nothing to fall back on. Timbalad wanted her to fail right from the get go. The public scrutiny has always been at her doorstep and i often wonder how each of us would react if we were in her shoes always being followed and having people take pictures at every second of the day.
I thought it was sad when i was at mtv.ca and it said they had removed her performance from the site and all partnering sites because of poor ratings yet 1hr after the show over 200000 people thought her performance was good. Keep in mind this woman has not made or done a performance in almost 4yrs so yea she was a bit rusty but good over all.
Sarah Silverman well she needs to have her head examined its one thing to make jokes about an adult but to make jokes about someones kids that was just crossing the line. She is nothing but a loser.
I have never been a Britney fan(i like heavy metal) but i thought i would check out her performance and honestly i thought it was good. I also didn't find anything wrong with her outfit i have had 3 kids and man i wish i looked like her.

Yes she was fatty looking. Yes her costume was too skimpy. She isn't 15 anymore. She is a mother and shouldn't be doing such a coarse act on stage anymore.
Instead of jumping around on stage she should have concentrated on just singing. I never understood these pop acts. I would rather see Brittany sing with a 4 or 5 piece band rather than jumping around doing a pop act which I thing she aged out of.

People are bitching about her body because they need to find something negative to say about her. Her body looked good. She didn't have tight six-pack abs (which look gross on most females anyway). But she had a little curve to her belly, that actually looks better on women since we are supposed to be soft and curvy. Her face looked good too- her skin looked a lot better than it has lately. The only weird thing about how she looked was her hair- she had a bad extension job and you could see where the extensions were attached to her real hair. It was not done well and she would have been better off just performing with short hair.
I'm not a fan- but I know a pretty girl when I see one. And it's sad how people are so jealous of her they want to ruin the poor thing's self esteem. Women have enough issues with their own beauty- they don't need people talking crap about them when it's not even true.
Sarah Silverman is not funny- she's boring and tries too damn hard to be funny. She has no talent and is only leeching fame off of Jimmy Kimmel.

I don't think she looked bad but she probably should have picked a different outfit to wear. Yea she has a bit of a tummy but anyone who has to babies as fast as she did is going to have a little bit of a belly. I could only wish to have a belly like her's after having two kids. There is nothing wrong with her she isn't fat people talking about her and others like that is what cause's anorexia. Give her a break

These is exactly why there are so many girls/woman that have eating disorders. The only thing about Spears physical appearance was that she was not toned. For a woman that had back to back pregnancies I’d say she looks in fine physical shape. Some woman never fully return to their pre-pregnancies bodies, even more when they have back to back.

Neither did I, they just want something to talk about. They look for things to put her down over these days. She gave birth to 2 children, close together for god's sake! I though she looked fine, and everyone wants to say she should "Cover-up" because she's a Mom now, Uhhhh, hello, but Madonna has been ALOT barer after becomeing a Mommy and nobody talked! It's for one reason, because Britney did it, that's why they're tlaking about her. She acted a bit embarrased and depressed to me, but she's out there trying, despite all she's going through. Wish everyone would leave her alone and let her gather the pieces of her life and put it together with some privacy.

That outfit made her look dumpy along with those knee high boots. It was tacky. She has no waist anymore, it had the ability to be a hot performance and she screwed it up. She was showing too much skin to be the mother of two young children. It was okay, it was just not a good choice for her. I read somewhere that it wasn't what she was supposed to wear, and thats what she ditched for what she wore.

yes I'm bigger then brit but I wouls never had that on ,but I have no problem with her gear I was so damn mad at the walking thu the dance steps she just looked like she was made to get up tere like she just didn't want to be there and as so while you are watching checkout her keep almost falling like she was doped up or something

britney wasn't FAT, per se, but she wasn't as fit as she used to be (aka toned tummy, nicely shaped back-end). the outfit that she chose wasn't exactly flattering for her body, because it was a freaking bikini. she's a thicker build, so she's naturally going to be bigger than people like christina aguilera, jessica alba, etc.

I don't think it was all about her body. I thought she had a fantastic body, curvy but skinny. GREAT BODY!!
I think they were saying that she was maybe on a substance, because she was stumbling around the stage and was not very confident in how she performed. She also looked underpracticed.
