Ohhh, you struck a nerve now LOL! For starters, if I have a problem I need taken care of, I am probably alredy irritated, so the LAST thing I want is to talk to some automated response!!! WHY they would put on a "voice" instead of a living, breathing body for me to talk to is something I still can't understand. Next, almost all the time when you DO finally get a live person to "bytch at", most of the time THEY don't speak English good enough to actually HELP you anyway!

I liike european customer service -it's real no brown nosing -you ask for what you want ..in the U.S. you have to play it up and add to the sale..in the U.S. it's not the sales persons fault , it's the economy that determines how they react...in the U.S we push you to feel guilty to buy, buy ,buy!!!! you should know why you are interested in a product a sales rep should just asnwser additioal questions..

I dislike when the customer service representative acts rude and acts as though they are doing me a favor just for doing their job.

I don't like companies like Dishnetwork who have no people to talk to and have a web site that gets nothing done. They specialize in customer noservice.

I hate waiting, being put on hold(for what seems like forever),when they act like they are so much better than you(we're stupid), being transferred to another over and over, They don't seem to have that on record, and when being transferred having to repeat my need over. Having to push too many buttons to get where you need to be, then only getting put on hold, the wrong department, or another stupid recording.

at dell computers, he was helping me with my computer, and he all of a sudden said he had to go to lunch and for me to call him back in a hour. and he would continue to troubleshoot the problem once again. what a joke that company is.

landline, you have to wait for so long, they'll put you on hold for 30 mins just to tell you to press 3...then put on hold again, and to your dismay, your talking to a korean tryng so hard to speak english..and all you have to say is "what?, come again? can you please say it slowly!!"

online, the response is always late.
