1) Get an old school bell type alarm clock. They're loud as hell.
2) Put it across the room or house.
3) Get a coffee maker that you can set to start ten minutes before your alarm clock. The smell and the coffee will help you wake up.
4) Take a shower ASAP. Once you get that done you're ready to rock.
5) Go to bed earlier and turn off the TV, computer, and phone.

Set your phone about 1-1/2 hours before you need to get up... starting at 15-20 minute intervals. It works for me unless I got trashed the night before and then its a 50-50 chance. But it usually works.

I have been there... I ended up setting all my clocks fast and setting two alarms in the morning... because i always end up hitting snooze, so instead of waking up late, i am actually on time (and 2 alarms are pretty annoying when you hit snooze on both)
hope that helps!

I had the same problem. I set multiple alarms. That didn't work. My boss told me I was close to being fired. That worked.
What might also help is to hook up your alarm clock to some huge speakers and blast them really loud, and block off access to the snooze & off button from your bed, so you're forced to stand up to turn it off.

Put your alarm clock across the room-so when it goes off you have to get up to turn it off. I set my alarm clock and my alarm on my cell phone, so I have a few differrnt alarms ringing at different times around the time I have to get up.

Do you use an alarm clock? If not, set your phone to wake you. Either way, put your clock across the room so that you have to get up to turn it off. They also make alarm clocks that actually vibrate your bed until you get up and turn it off.

Go to the bathroom and empty your bladder just before you go to bed; then drink as much water as you can (4 or 5 glasses)...your bladder will help wake you up when your alarm goes off.
Try this alarm clock....

go to bed earlier, put your alarm clock on the other side of the room, get your outfit out the night before, saves time, if you don't get right out of bed.

I know this one.
Put your alarm clock in the other room, so you will have to get up to turn it off. Then just go take your shower.
