If every liberal took the time to listen to McCain speak without rolling their eyes, they'd realize how much he truly wants to serve this country in any way he can. Unlike Hillary, who always has and always will serve only herself. McCain defended the country, was willing to die for the country; all the while the Clintons plotted how to get the most personal power they possibly could (look up their college years).
McCain is a war hero, and a loyal American citizen with a lot of experience to offer. Anything he'd do in office would be for the good of the country, not for personal gain. For this reason, he should have gotten the 2000 nomination. Either you'd vote for McCain, or you need to re-evaluate how you judge a person's character.

While it is apparent that McCain's funds are dwindling, and his campaign is starting to fade..McCain is an amazing man. I have met him and talked to him three times and all three times I was impressed.
When John McCain was a POW in the Hanoi Hilton, he was offered an early release. He denied it. Crazy huh? Not really. He asserted that he wouldn't leave until everyone that was captured before him was set free, and he stuck to it.
John McCain agrees that our war has been very mis-managed. Who better to be our commander and Chief than a veteran and a POW survivor?

Well, I'm a staunch Republican, but McCain turns me off because he's got no clue what side of the aisle he is on. I seriously don't think the man understands his own politics. Is he a liberal or a conservative? I don't know. Does he?
Then there's Hillary. She's as close to a socialist as there is for someone who will not admit to being a socialist. So now the question is, does Hillary understand her own politics? I don't think so, if she's going to go around claiming she's not a socialist.
So there you go. Both of them either will not admit to their own political leanings or they don't understand them.
Therefore, I don't think realistically either one can get the nomination, so, God willing, we won't have to make this choice at all.
But if I did have to choose, it would be McCain because I seriously don't think I could live out the rest of my years knowing I had voted for Hillary during that one moment of my life.

Hillary vs. McCain, hmm...
That's like asking if we want a communist regime or hand our country over to Mexico on a silver platter.
I'll take the lesser of two evils and go with McCain, even though that makes me cringe too.
