For some reason, I don’t like answering questions when people don’t use an avatar.

Agree, an avatar is like a good advertisement for your question, especially the good avatar.
Your question is living proof that any goods need some show off, advertising.
Still, if question is with an avatar, but dull/boring/stupid, I won't answer.
It's just my opinion.
With all of that you're still right, I prefer interesting questions WITH an avatar, than interesting questions without one.

It's what the question is asking that will decide if I answer or not. An avatar does not make the question more interesting.

For me, I would answer to the question regardless of whether there was an avatar or not . It's the question that counts .

yes i like answering people's question's when they have a avatar it leaves u wondering which gender are u answering 2.

I always check what level they're on, because most of the time they're trolls - or worse!
