I was just goin' to say: Costa Rica. I did all of those too there. I guess the most exotic for me would be the volcano episode. It was beautiful and we stayed in a small hotel that was just across from it in the actual rain forest. I actually cried, this was how moved I was in front of nature.

Not all hotels are like that. Where does a room boy have time for going thru' pron mag. He must be seeing the same at many rooms and he will not grow any curious
