Amy is the traditional spelling i would go with that.
I think Amy looks the best and will never be pronounced wrongly. If you want to be different go for Aimee i don't like the other two spelling much sorry. As for cuteness (if thats a word lol) they all sound the same (the same name) so they are all the same cuteness to me. lol

I don't think you should make it more difficult for the child than it needs to be - seriously - otherwise they'll always get annoyed when people spell their name wrong.
Stick with Amy.
If she wants to change it when she's older - she can do just that.
