I remember. Air traffic was stopped for a few days, and I saw a plane flying over head and ran to the house screaming for my kids to get inside...... it was a fighter jet patrolling the area.

Yes. It was so clear and blue and quiet in the skies. I live near an airport. I also remember when the planes hit first. I thought my husband was making it up at first. I didn't want to believe what I was seeing on TV>

It's a sad day and a day to look back on and remember the people that were lost and their families... I remember how quiet everywhere was even though I was in Australia.. R.I.P 9/11 Angels

I remember. Sad day. Horrible day. It was eerily quiet. My birthday is on the 14th and my dad was supposed to fly in from CA. No air travel for long time.

Yes, I remember, it seemed so weird. The first time I saw an airplane in the sky after that, I almost fell over backward.

YES I do and they were the bluest of blue! It was weird you never really hear all the noise that the airplanes make until they're not there making it anymore!
