Very much so. When things don't go their way, they resort to name calling. How childish. I can just imagine George Soros pouting and sucking on his thumb and going on an anti conservative rant right now.

perhaps we are making some progression - i might desire we made in user-friendly terms somewhat after 4 years. yet in fact, and that i've got heard others say this too, that there needs to be a political/cultural answer to this problem, no longer a defense force one. The factions that are struggling with now have been doing so for one hundred's, if no longer one thousand's of years. What makes us think of we are able to "make" them end? And why could we've self assurance that the checklist from the best customary is an user-friendly assessment? purely like the weapons of mass destruction that weren't there, this could be purely yet one extra reason to maintain us there.

No, they're just frustrated at the same people falling for the same lies over and over and over again, and the media playing along. The violence in Iraq is not being reduced. Their government is in collapse. The Sunnis have completely left their government. There is no end to the sectarian violence without some kind of political compromise.

This is the same administration that sold us stockpiles of WMD that everyone believed at the time. It's the same administration that lied about links between Saddam and 9/11 that turned out to be bogus. It's the same administration that has said all along we are "turning the corner", that the insurgency is in the "last throes", and that the mess we've made in Iraq is somehow getting better. They have lied all along, so what makes you think they're telling the truth now.

Even on the sectarian violence statistics, the Pentagon is no longer counting anyone killed in a bombing as "sectarian violence". They started to count anyone shot from the front as simply a victim of a crime, and not counted in sectarian violence statistics. Only people shot in the back of the head are considered to have been killed in sectarian violence now.

I mean, when are you people going to learn from your mistakes? This administration only knows how to LIE.

I miss the Bush from 2000 who was AGAINST nation-building, and was an actual conservative.

Not at all. I don't like Moveon.org but I have to agree with them on this, although I have to say it was a bit tasteless. Petraeus' statement was created by the White House to favor Bush's policies. I think that was pretty obvious. Petraeus has done this before right before the 2004 and 2006 elections saying how well the war was going. He lied then and it's obvious he is lying now. So he has already betrayed us before what makes you think he wouldn't do it again? I give the GAO report alot more credit than the account that Petraeus gave.

Bad Form Continues from Radical Left.

As you know, General David Petraeus gave his report to the U.S. House today. He reported that we have seen some success as a result of the troop build-up and that progress, while slow, continues.

This morning the radical, anti-American organization, MoveOn.org, ran a full-page ad in the New York Times accusing General Petraeus of being a traitor to the country he has served for more than 30 years. Good people can disagree with how we should engage in the war on terror, but outrageous, personal attacks like this expose MoveOn.org for the leftist, blame-America-first organization that it is.

If you didn't already know, General David Patraeus has a long and storied resume. He graduated from West Point in 1973. He was the top graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College in 1983. He has been awarded the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, two Defense Superior Honor Awards, the NATO Meritorious Service Medal and the Gold Award of the Iraqi Order of the Date Palm.

Please tell your friends about this ad, and why they need to go after MoveOn.org for the leftist radicals that they are. Winning the struggle for freedom requires each of us to speak out.

George Soros. Immigrated to this country. Made his fortune in the currencies market and still does. He wants to see the Euro defeat the dollar and see our dollar fail. Then he makes money. He is no American. He has bought and paid for Edwards, who takes campaign cash from him, as well as the other leftist candidates.

Additional: Kelly. Bush said it would be a long struggle. Clinton said we would be in Bosnia three years. We are still there.

All the screeching and caterwauling that went on today....jeez.

I understand having an opposing opinion but come on already; still calling the war illegal?

It wasn't illegal back in '03 and nothing will change that.

Whether or not is was a good idea is also moot at this point; we must prevail.

Moveon is only one group within the Democratic party...it might enjoy consensus, but it is not a given....the Democratic party is not about obeying the central directive.

But I do enjoy it as a antibody to the O'Reillys of this country.

I am a Liberal and I want us to win in Iraq...but this Admin. and it's supporters have not convinced me (by their words and actions) that this war must be won...their actions are secretive and misleading....their intent is..i really don't know....I feel that truth is a bad word in Washington.

No, that's just Moveon.org. They're always doing dumb stuff like that and giving people against the war in Iraq a bad name.
