I will be coming from Manila to St. Louis Missouri. I will be staying there for 2 to 3 weeks for a business trip. Is there anything that I need to arrange before packing-up and getting ready to be there?

Yes, (unless your Doc tells you otherwise).
It is a great time to travel. You should be fine =)
(I've travelled up until my 39 week - not sooo good!)

its the best time of the pregnancy to travel, you are not sick and tired as much as you were in the beginning, and you are not heavy and tired like you will be in the end. The only thing I would make sure of is that whereever you are staying is entirely smoke free, second hand smoke is awful. If you can get a ground floor room so you don't have to go up and down all the time it will be easier on your body. Be prepared to get a little lonely, it seems much worse when you are pregnant. Good luck!

you should talk to your doctor about it before doing anything.
