A. No thanks. There are some people I wouldn't want to have lick me.
B. I'm too old to get stoned and I wouldn't want to be covered in pigeon poop.
C. Sure, why not? As long as no one has to work and we all still get paid. Go for it! I don't want to have to be President or be assasinated to get it though.
D. Now you're talkin'. After all it is a PEACE prize. I'm all about the peace.
E. Now that would be one crazy college. I'm afraid classrooms and I were never best of friends. Maybe just name a frat party weekend after me instead.
F. I already have one of those, and I got to tell you, it's not what it's cracked up to be. I hate seeing my namesake with potholes and litter.
G. If she left, and if there was something I could do that would help her decide to come back to me, sure. However, I have been through a divorce before, and at some point it is better to just say goodbye, no matter how much it hurts. After all if you love someone, you want for them what they want, even if it means they don't want you. So, an asked for sacrifice, sure, but begging and scraping, no thanks.
H. Anything. My life. Take it. Just please God, keep my children healthy and happy. What else is there?

I would like the following and would be willing to make a significant sacrifice for them.
d. a Nobel prize? Anyone who wins a Nobel Prize has made a significant sacrifice, and to have one means I did something great "for mankind" in literature, peace making, or whatever.
e. a college named after you? This isn't much different from the last answer.
g. your spouse come back to you? If my spouse had left me, God forbid, I would hope I would be in the place where I would do anything to keep my family together (short of subjecting me or my kids to abuse, of course).
h. healthy children? I am sure if it were a problem, I would wish to take the place of my child in illness. This, probably, is the onyl one that isn't a choice I can really make, though.

Everyone that's done these things has made a substantial sacrifice or investment of being. Great intellectuals, great actors, great civil servants, they make sacrifices of being to accomplish, and some are exalted by having their lives and works celebrated as in examples a-f. MLK Jr worked hard for equality. He was killed, but look around. Schools, streets, even a holiday. Of course some not-so-great people are mis-honored in such a fashion as well. The only sacrifice they made was of their integrity or compassion, but a sacrifice none-the-less. G happens for a reason. Either you or your spouse left for a reason, likely a good one. As far as H, it's random and at this level of technology and science, you cannot really do anything about it. Maybe that is where you should sacrifice. Go back to school, get a PhD, get into research. Sacrifice your comfortable life and maybe you'll even get a Nobel prize out of it.

Postage stamp: No, I don't take good pictures
Statue: No, think of a dog lifting it's leg on it...
National Holiday: Thanksgiving is my Holiday--- it teaches thankfulness for your life.
Nobel Prize: Would it matter to anyone in a say a century?
College: I'd rather it be named after a value than a person.
Street: To be ran over everyday doesn't appeal to me... =)
My spouse back: No, things happen in life for reasons
Healthy children: Special needs kids have a certain perspective that no one else has---- maybe a gratitude for each day that those of us who are "normal" lack.
I'm simple-minded, but live each day to the fullest!

Me, I'd say spouse back, and healthy children; possibly Nobel Prize, as that would mean having accomplished something that might benefit others/mankind. Fame matters less to me than happiness, and the well-being of others, particularly those I care about.

Well, a-f... not so much! However, depending on the reason most likely yes for g (my husband is my soul-mate!!!) and an absolute, resounding and definite yes for h (my daughter is the light of my life and I would do anything within my power to keep her safe, happy and healthy)
EDIT:
With out g&h as options I'd have to say that there isn't one thing on your list that I would make any type of significant sacrifice to have or be a part of...

the only thing that i would sacrifice anything for would be h. you should add i. grandchildren's health.
i would sacrifice what's left of my health for my grandchildren to be healthy. my grandson has a lot of the same problems that i do plus a couple that i don't have.
it would be nice if this was actually possible...
edit
i wouldn't sacrifice anything for a through f.

G or H
I have my spouse, but if he were to die, I'd do anything to have even one more day with him.
I do not have children yet, but I would go great lengths to keep them healthy/make them healthy after illness.
