Yes.
Was born asking questions the first chance I got, I think.. Goo?
Why does that look the way it looks, Why did they write that sign on the post. What does that mean?
Why ,what, where, when and how?
Now why did you throw hot dogs into the picture? What kind of hot dogs? Do you have smokies? Ill try your tofu hot dogs, do you have tofu hot dogs? No? a salmon vegetarian hot dog? That is so cool. Where can I buy some? Do you make it yourself? Can I have a business card? Do you have a store in town? a website? How much is it? Can you put it in a bag for me? Where are the condiments? I cant find the sauerkraut, dont you have sauerkraut?

No! Questioning everything is an infinite regress into insanity. Our lives are based on some of the most obvious assumptions we make about the world around us. What we call facts, are collective assumptions intelligent brains have concluded to be true on the basis of evidence. I.E. It is a fact that fire burns some material substances. In order for this to be accepted as a fact we must first assume that there is a physical world outside of the mind. We all assume that other human beings have minds that resemble our own yet is independent of it..
Extreme skeptics question the most obvious propostions... It is not hard to see the logical fallacies in questioning everything , take this for example.
Q = Skeptic Questions
A = ReasonAable answsers
Extreme Skepticism Vs. Reason
Q. How do we know other people have minds? Maybe my mind or your mind is the only thing that actually exist , and everything is apart of it - How do we know?
A = Human beings are seperate entities but are of the same species - therefore they have the same characteristics (minds) but each is distinct and different.
Q. But how do you know? You can`t prove it? Maybe all of the so called evidence is just an illusion. Maybe all of our minds are being controlled? What if we don`t have minds? Maybe we do not exist?
The thoughtless skeptic presses on to say that because we cannot prove his ridicouls hypotheticals wrong and our obvious assumptions right, then everything is suspect. And we really know nothing.
Extreme Skepticism is self refuting
Questioning everything is to say that maybe the most obvious assumptions are not true, and perhaps all assumptions are false. However, this is self refuting because questioning our most basic assumptions is to make an assumption. The skeptic that says well how do we know such and such .... Is therby - Assuming that such and such is either true or false. Questioning everything is to walk in circles. Merely making assumptions about assumptions. Moreover skeptics say that we can`t prove it. But, they don`t stipulate what constitues proof. And again, they are assuming that Proof is evidence for fact or fiction.
Try this - Think or do something without making an assumption! You can`t...Neither can the skeptic that questions everything.
Issac Newton, said it best with his philosophy on parsimony. " We are to admit no more causes of natural things than such as are both true and sufficient to explain their appearances."
Finally, we should not be mislead by the word assumption. Just because our perception of reality is based on the assumptions we make that does not mean reality is based on our assumptions. For I`am going to ASSUME that their is a world outside our minds which exist indepenet of any and all assumptions we make about it.

I always ask questions because I am constantly in search of the answers in life. Without questions the answers cannot be found.
The real question to be asked though is "do you ask the right questions about everything?"
The answer to this still eludes me so I guess I don't yet.
