Run virus software and spyware software. For spyware I recommend A-SQUARED FREE because it works and it's free. You'll have to pay for virus software if you don't already have it. If after all the answers you get from people you can't figure it out then you probably need to wipe out your system and re-install your operating system.

i would bet that you have very little RAM for the operating system you are using - add more RAM - double yr RAM - RAM is real cheap nowdays
