1. Kennedy was suposed to be the child
2. Because of the Wellness Policy suspensions Kennedy had to leave
3. Rumors went around saying that it was HHH, HBK, CM Punk, Khali, etc.
4. Then on Raw Hornswoggle was announced to be the child
