DNA featuring Suzanne Vega - Tom's Diner

Suzanne originally released an a cappella version (no music) with two different parts on her 1986 smash album Solitude Standing. The two-man DJ team known as DNA made the dance track and discovered this single without knowing her. Suzanne so delighted in their work there is a 13-track album just called Tom's Album featuring different mixes of this song.

This track came out of nowhere to become a #2 hit for the one-hit wonder DJs and lines up nicely next to Vega's softer story-songs.
