2 months into a new one.... f/t school, p/t work.... moved back home just to go to school ... the whole shebang.. im crazy for doing this i think.. i want my house back.. my kids want their friends.... i want my friends......
i pray everyday that i did & am doing the right thing... its really hard... I thank god i have you P&Sers to maintain some sort of sanity in my life.... oh well....

When the journey becomes tough and confusing its nice to always have a home base...inner peace.

I'm at a place in my life that I can only hope is better than ever. It seems I can't even go one year without something devastating happening. Life hasn't been smooth for me, but I still have hope that things will smooth out for me by the end of the year.
My journey now is with my bf and our future plans. But for today, I enjoy spending time with him and he makes my life more hopeful. It has been a blessing having him in my life and to be a part of my journey. So now it is OUR journey.
And today on 9/11, would you please drive with your headlights on during the day to remember those who lost their lives on that devastating day and those that have lost their lives in Iraq.

You know, I never seem to get past a set of cross road, literally....I reach one; make a decision, and BAM! I find myself at another set of cross roads.....When will it end I ask myself?
Maybe life really is just the JOURNEY?

Well past the half-way mile marker and stopped again because I told the kids if they ask one more time if we're there yet, I'm parking and no one gets anywhere. Been sitting here so long now the grandkids are asking when we're gonna get there. There's no winning....

I already answered this once. why did you delete it. I said: I feel as though I am stuck on the side of the road, and I want to turn back, but that is not an option, but moving forward at the time isnt either.

Using the term "journey" as a metaphor for life is understandable for a people as restless and rootless and hyper-mobile as Americans. However, I don't use that metaphor for life.
