I have two routers. Router A(conn. to internet), and router b (diff. network). I have connected one of the available port of Router A to the wan port of router B. Router A IP is (192.168.1.x) and router B (192.168.2.x) with same subnet mask of 255.255.255.0.

From my PC on my router B, I can remote and ping PCs on router A, but when I am on PCs on Router A, I can't ping/remote PCs connected to router B.

First you need to plug router B into the last port on router A (the MDIx port). Second go into the setup page of the first Router and make sure the Mode is set to "Gateway", and Router B it set to "Router".

If you are able to ping the PCs at router A then the setup is working fine. You check the fire wall setup in your PC. It may be blocking the ICMP (ping) requests. Disable your firewall and see.
