I looked at Wal-Mart and they are all huge. I'm only 4 mths but I know I'm growing a stomach I can't fit into my jeans anymore lol. I did find some nice cheap maternity clothes at a store around here called Ross, but they all look more like dressy clothes than every day clothes. All I'm looking for is some jeans that i can wear as every day. Can someone tell me where I can find something like that? Every website I looked at on the internet w/ Maternity clothes has jeans at like no less than 40 dollars and I don't want to pay that much for a pair of jeans that I'm only going to be wear for 5 more mths.

Well in pants it depends before I was pregnant I was anywhere between an 11 and a 13. But now who knows. I did buy a pair of pants that were XL but not no number sizes for maternity.

Motherhood and Old Navy. Old Navy has adorable clothing. I'm a size 10 and had to wear size large in maternity (it's generally 10-14 for large). I was also able to find several cute tops at Target. Wal-Mart's clothes are made really big and flimsy. Motherhood can get pricey, so try and find an outlet. I know how you feel, I had to wear maternity clothes early!!

E-bay is a great option - for new and used clothes.

I bought some larger size shirts and t-shirts to go over my jeans/pants. I did buy a pair of maternity jeans, although there is a product available that allows you to alter your current jeans temporarily to make them fit through pregnancy. It is basically stretch material that fits across the front of your jeans, attached to the button at one side and eye at the other. Most maternity stores do sell it.

But e-bay is probably a good option.

Happy shopping and enjoy the rest of your pregnancy!!

I got a lot of really cute maternity stuff at Jcpenny...they have sales all the time and the clothes are a lot cheaper than motherhood. If your town has a childrens consignment store you might want to try that too, the one in my town also has maternity stuff...its worth a shot!

I made it all the way to delivery with 3 pairs of maternity pants (clearance @ j.c. penny for $15 each) and just fully unzipping a pair of "normal" pants and tucking the unzipped part in. It was the maternity shirts I invested in or just big t-shirts. I really didn't get that big though. Baby was 6lbs, 3 ozs. and I was literally ALL baby.

You'd probably like Old Navy [Maternity], I think they're as dressed down as you can get short of putting on sports wear if you think Ross sells "dressy" clothes (gonna have to definately agree with you on that one). Gap [Maternity] might have some clothes you like as well... and probably will be in your price range...

get a belly belt. They are a piece of elastic with button holes on one end and a few buttons on the other end and you just attach it to your jeans so it keeps them together and wear a longer top over it so you cant tell. You can keep adjusting it by putting it on the other buttons further down the elastic. This way you can keep wearing your regular clothes for a while longer. Also try buying elastic waisted pants (daggy but worth it as they are comfy).

try going to www.fertilemind.com.au/ and then look on the righthand side about half way down for 'belly belt'

I looked at one and then got my mum to rig one up the same for me for a fraction of the cost.

Best of luck and congrats!

Ebay love!

Get yourself a really nice fitting, pair of jeans. They will get you through your whole pregnancy. Wear t shirts and thongs with them or dress them up with heels and a nice maternity cami and some sparkly jewellery.

Your area should have thrift stores, some of them have very nice clothes; or Community Social Service agencies may have maternity clothes.
