Did anyone catch Mr. Skelton refer to OBL as "Osman" Bin Laden?

Osman was the name that is said to have been used for OBL when he worked as a CIA operative years ago. Is there any signifigance to this name coming up again?

Bin Ladin never worked as a CIA operative. He was involved in the Afgan war against the Soviet Union in which we provided support for the people fighting against the Russians.I guess in your view that makes all of Afganistan CIA operatives.
