I'm not from or in the south but I am in the country and have experienced big city lights, but it doesn't compare to country nights..being able to see all the starts,hearing the relaxing sounds of night-wildlife,so peaceful. I love it.

I know nothing about southern country nights...sounds like mint juleps, porches, oppressive heat, beautiful southern belles, gentelmen (do they still exist??) mosquitoes and some really good stories... but this is my hollywood interpretation!!
I'll keep my city nights for now but if invited... I'm there!! Who's taking me to the Kentucky Derby next year??
