I have a Master's in Health Management. I moved to Boston to look for jobs and I've been looking for good places to start. I don't have full-time experience which seems to be the major hurdle. I'm keeping my options open. I just need to gain experience.

I'm assuming you have looked at all the hospitals and insurance companies as most of them have their own human resource departments and post jobs online. If I were you, I would also try the city, state and federal agencies. You may have to accept an entry level job just to get a foot in the door and get a second job to make ends meet.

There are also a many large assisted living facilities such as Linden Ponds in Hingham. Monster.com and craigslist.com are also good avenues for job postings.

I have something I call the "100 Phone Call Rule." If you want something badly enough, there's nothing you cannot accomplish if you are willing to make 100 phone calls.

In the meantime, try volunteering. Presidential campaigns, hospitals and museums are a good place to network. And, in Boston meeting people and making connections are the Number 1 way to land your ideal job.

Best wishes.
