Have you started taking any prescription drugs lately?
My girlfriend from a long time ago got on the pill when she was 15 or 16. She developed what I called the banjo disease. It was really scary until we found out it was the pill causing her to twitch. Her arm would flop up and down just as if she were strumming a guitar or banjo. When it was all figured out I thought I was going to be the one to die as her father was unaware she was on the pill. But he was ok with it... Some what anyway...

Go to the doctor and find out what is going on with you as quick as you can...

Sometimes after running or exercising my muscles twitch. Could be growing pains. If you're really concerned, talk to your Mom and/or go see a doctor.

I don't think your dieing but you do need to tell your parents, so they can take you to doc. for a check-up. It would be difficult to guess, what is going on with your body.
Please tell your parents, so you can start feeling better.
