2 x + 3 y = 1
12 x - 3 y = 87------ADD
14 x = 88
x = 88 / 14 = 44 / 7

88 / 7 + 3 y = 1
3 y = 1 - 88 / 7
3 y = 7 / 7 - 88 / 7
3 y = - 81 / 7
y = - 27 / 7

x = 44 / 7 , y = - 27 / 7
