My husband and I've been trying to get pregnant. I started bleeding a medium flow. My period's not due for another week and I'm always on schedule. Also, I've never used birth control. Could this be my period early or maybe an early miscarriage?

Miscarriages happen a lot without being noticed or paid attention to- either way, get the doctor to do a D&C to clear the contents of conception, so that you will have no clinging pieces of tissues in your womb, to cause congestion or infection etc.
Any time you think you are pregnant, go see your doctor- he can tell you if it is viable with blood test for hormone levels when you have bleeding.
But just wait three months before trying again, to restore the womb. (Three years between births)
You can be pregnant and still bleed. Also, an ectopic pregnancy, one that starts' in the falopian tube, will bleed-
Go to the doctor if no period again, because you may still be pregnant like I said or have some pains, also to rule-out tubal pregnancy, which can be life-threatening if it bursts at home.

I've been pregnant a "few" times, never used birth control and when I miscarried twice, it was like heavy bleeding with a lot of severe cramping and I could "see" it in it's sac. Each time I became pregnant and carried (4 times) I had what seemed to be like an early, lighter period, which was rare for me because my periods were bang on every month. You should go to the doctor.... but good luck!!!

It's probably your period. Even if you have pretty regular cycles, every once in a while ovulation can be early or late, causing your period to start at a different time.

Unless you have a lot of pain and cramping I would not worry.
