I'm doing a project about songs involving suicide, murder, depression....but I can't think of any good modern bands or songs that cover any of these topics.....help me out? I don't care the genre of band but I need modern bands....thanks

One everybody's missed is "Beyond The Realms Of Death" by Judas Priest. A teenager shot himself in the face (deliberately). The parents said he had been listening to this song over and over; they sued Judas Priest. Judas Priest had to go to court and the judge made Rob Halford sing the song in court. The judge threw the case out.

Hey, this is so good that u put this out, after or b4, cant remember, but aroung when virginia tech happened, there was a concert on campus and all this rapper was singing about was killing people and crap lyk that. That and either 50 cent or emenem used to sing stuff lyk that, but i dont think they do anymore, not sure. hope this helps and good luck, sounds lyk an instense but good projest.!!
