If you feel you are being discriminated against because of a disability look up the law in your area/state/province/country. Talk to one or more disability associations in your area. Keep records of what has happened or is happening.

One of the things in your favour would be a report from your doctor that your disability doesnt affect your ability to do the job, or the promotion you were passed over for.

EEO is good, if your employer has one available, if not give them a call, a lawyer will work but in the end they are the ones that profit the most. But sometimes you may have no other choice.

On job training,one to one.Then have a good hard look at the situation.
