Sounds like you have an electrolyte deficiency. Probably your potassium or magnesium is low. Try eating raisins or bananas. There are those vitamin and mineral replenishing drinks in stores you can try. Just look for ones with Magnesium and potassium in them. I would also visit your doctor and have him check your electrolyte levels in your blood. This will tell you what is out of the ordinary(either to high or low).

Try to have an serum-electrolyte test. Maybe, some of your electrolytes are not enough of too much for you. Twitching could be a result of decrease potassium level or increased calcium in the blood. Try also thyroid hormone studies (for your "junmp inside" problem) and best of all, consult your doctor.

probable lack of adequate potassium due to dehydration, especially if you have a fever and are not drinking enough water. Suggest you eat some potassium rich food, such as raisins, canteloupe or bananas. If you can't eat, get some Propel fitness water, it has potassium in it.

Probably a magnesium deficiency which often causes twitching, spasms and cramps.
