For my honors class, I need to create a resume telling my teachers why I deserve to be in the class. I also have to do a cover letter. Any ideas about what information I should include?

Thanks!

explain how you're a hard worker and you always do your best, that you want to challenge yourself with more difficult material, that you are mature and responsible and would be able to handle the extra homework load from being in an honors credit. also include that you want to be in honors class so you can prepare yourself for AP courses in high school so u can get in a good college to achieve ur goal of becoming a doctor, attorney, teacher, engineer, or whatever you want to be.

i also agree w/the person above me.
include any clubs you are in (nhs, spanish club, student council, etc.), that you are active in the community

Include anything that looks good: outside clubs, in school clubs, awards, jobs, community service/volunteer work

Try finding a sample resume and seeing what it suggests in each spot.

ask people who really love you like your grandma aunt or such as they see so much in you that you don't see or ask a fromer teacher you really liked. I am a retired elem teacher and I loved my students but it is only when we get older and wiser in hindsight do we see how special we were. Ask Grandma.
