Most flukes you can't really see without taking a gill scraping and looking at it on a microscope -and that's just for gill flukes. There are also liver flukes, and probably others that I am not aware of. Generally, a diagnosis of flukes is arrived at more by elimination of other afflictions and by the behavior of the fish, more than anything you can visually identify as being flukes.

Try this, though: http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.americanaquariumproducts.com/images/graphics/fluke.jpg&imgrefurl=http://aquarium-answers.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html&h=240&w=320&sz=40&hl=en&start=15&tbnid=4UmOg8rp2Vx9fM:&tbnh=103&tbnw=137&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dflukes%2B%252B%2Bfish%26gbv%3D2%26svnum%3D10%26hl%3Den

Hope this helps.
