I saw a spoiler where he confessed to Daniele that the letter he got from his son, Vincent, was "coded" with who to trust and who not to trust. Tell me how you feel about that.

I think what ED did gives him an advantage whether he's in the house or is on the jury.
Other cheaters this season:
Daniele - she broke the rules by not being 21 upon entering the house. Rule #6 on the contract
Jen - committing to 30 days of slop and eating because she was "mad"

TMess2 - knowing that he can trust his alliance (Daniele) gives him a certain advantage because she is still in the house. Plus, if something should happen where he was sent to the jury house, guess what! He has information that could help him influence the other jurors. It shows that he went into the house with the INTENT to cheat the house of its integrity. Just think if he would have gotten bad news about his alliance with Daniele. He could have used that to form an alliance with Zach or Jameka and get his daughter out of the house this past week. I think it's such a low move! AND I think he was arrogant when he shared it with Daniele under the watchful eye of the camera and without whispering. It was a Booyah! of sorts. I'm not happy with this. It really bites!!!

I'm not an E.D. fan and feel that he should have been thrown out when he poured his drink on Jen's head.
I hadn't considered Dani's age but maybe they made an exception because she would soon turn 21..I don't know. BB had to have known about that perhaps that's why she did not make it on the previous BB's she had audtioned for. I was just wondering if she was drinking on the show while she was under age. I remember everyone toasting the first day they all entered the house and saw her with a glass of champagne but didn't see her drink.
I don't blame Jen for eating I sure would have. Why not? She knew she was on her wayout. I find it funny how the Donato luvahs are all up in arms over that. And EVERYONE would have done what she did ESPECIALLY the Donatos.

If you look at the rules for applicants, it specifically states that CBS can waive them if it chooses. Obviously, they decided to choose Danielle for the final cast even though she was less than twenty-one.
The rules of the competition allow the HOH to get correspondence from home. Using a code may violate the spirit of the rules, but not the letter of the rules. In any case, by the time that Dick got the letter, it was too late in the game for it to become a competitive advantage. All the players the letter warned him about are already gone. Knowing who not to trust among the jurors has no impact on the game. They are the jurors and they have full control over their vote -- trust and distrust are meaningless in getting their vote in the finals as there are no deals that can be made with the jurors. If there was a competitive advantage, CBS would have to create a compensating competitive disadvantage.
As far as Jen, her violation was of a specific bargain that she made to stay in the competition. Since her promise had kept her alive in a previous week, her break of the promise required that she be placed at a competitive disadvantage as far as staying alive in the current week.

If Dick tried to do that it was stupid and even stupider to talk about it at this point in the game.
Dani didn't break a rule by going into the house at 20. BB reserves the right to change any of the rules and that is what they did.
Another example of cheating -
Zach offering not to nominate Jameka this week if she would give him some money if she won.

Well, I am not an ED fan, but if CBS is willing to do the right thing, they need to take him out of the game. Apparently, he was planning on cheating before he even came into the house which makes it premeditated. And, I would not be surprised if his little whiny daughter was in on it too.. Doesn't surprise me one bit!!!!!!!
I just read what else you wrote, you know Jen had an automatic vote against her. They should do that to Dick, then Zach could break the tie - that would be ABSOLUTELY hilarious!!!!!!!!!

They should penalize his a**
Oops - sorry - I just realized this question was for ED fans. That leaves me out, as I am not fond of a man in his forties verbally abusing or physically assaulting any woman, especially one young enough to be his daughter

Has anyone noticed that he tries to make people mad? Maybe he's just saying it was coded to piss people off!!! And if they try to kick him off that's what he will say!
Dick and Daniele will be final 2, they played the best game no matter what they did or how they acted!
