Do they make really small guns that you can take on a plane?

Yes they do, but you have to sign a waiver promising not to use it, then you have to pinky swear it

Yes they do. Yes you can take a gun on a plane as long as it is packed and locked in a case to be put in the baggage compartment. You have to declare it to the airline you're flying with. You can NOT carry it on board on your person however. I suggest you call the airline you plan to use and ask them about it.
