No, but when Israel soon drops nukes on Iran's nuke facilities, such attack will benefit us and the whole world.

The war in Iraq has nothing to do with Israel. We were afraid that Saddam's WMD would be used against the USA. It had to do only with his WMD and not how he treated his people. When we couldn't find the WMD the emphasis in Iraq was shifted to democracy and the Iraqi people. This was subterfuge by Bush and his cronies.

What exactly did Israel gain from the invasion of Iraq ?
With Jordan or Syria, between Iraq and Israel, Israel wasn't in danger of Iraq invading them.
So just what did Israel stand to gain?
Now if we had invaded Syria, you might have a point.

Incorrect, Saddam was doing his killing all thru his rule. And for the most part Israel can take care of itself without too much help.

no..!
First in 2003, was Saddam and his 17 MAJOR violations of UN resolutions, which many here "seem to forget".......!, he was on them due to basically been basically a convicted felon (Saddam) on parole due to his little incursion into Kuwait in 1991, THEN all throught the 1990's violating his "parole" (UN sanctions) and getting away with it , and been asked to pay for those violations FINALLY in 2003!!!!
some of his violations were for example even firing missiles at our pilots in the UN "No fly Zones" imposed after the war of 1991, attacks that occured all the way up to the late 1990's!!!!!,
ACTS of WAR in themselves!!!!!!!! which were reason enough to go in there and kick his "behind"!!!!

http://www.highbeam.com/doc/1p1-19289981...
but again may here seem to "FORGET" that! or the "that is not important" fact!
...ALSO....never mind that the butthole paid money to terrorist attacking civilians in Gaza and the West Bank...never mind that right?????
and on and on and on...no , all we hear is the Iraq war was wrong bla bla bla......bulll...bull....bull.... !!!!
he had it coming to him period!!!!!
now after the invasion, it is Alqaeda in a small part there, but moslty extremists Sunnies (some which are ex-Saddam loyalists) and extremist Shiites who were oppressed by Saddam for decades fighting for dominance...!
If we leave, we WILL look like puss....s! since in that part of the world, streght is what is respected, period!
just like in a street fight, and one of 2 people fighting turns around and runs away, he would look like a puss...right?...right!
not only that, I guarantee you it would embolden them to carrying the fight eventually even to right here, in our soil, against us "infidels" as we are called by them!
my criticism has ALWAYS been that the invasion and occupations was done with NOT enough troops, and as a result Iraq got out of control, giving people the impresion and feeling that the war was incorrect...problem is THAT is a mistake ...to confuse a lack of troops and violence in Iraq with the Big Picture of why we had to do it all along!
