I probably wouldn't say anything and just hold my breath and give them a peck or something small. Then I would a little later politely ask if they would like some gum as I take a stick of my own. I just think that saying bluntly to them that their breath stinks would be horrifying for them.
or I would pretend to be interested in something and not notice that they were trying to kiss me. Then give them a stick of gum later.

Gross - bad breath is the WORST!!!!
I would not allow the kiss. I would stop them and lie maybe - perhaps say that you are not feeling well and feel like you are coming down with something. AVOID the kiss.

You could offer a breath mint. Start off a conversation about your favorite gum. Make sure to bring some. Then, take a piece and offer him/her one also.

Now If a guy breath stinks! I am just gonna feel turned off and just straight up tell him,his BREATH STINKS! I'm either gonna get sick on the stomach and just wanna go home,LOL! That is just how I feel.

Probably nothing if she were super attractive, to me, I gotta get to that "comfort zone" before I say something like that to someone, but then again if the date was a bomb, since I always have gum, I'd offer a piece. If she was i b***h, I'd tell her she smells like dog s**t, and to find her own way home! Seriously

Ohh that is a srong question...Honsely im not the kind of person to say anything that would put some one on the spot or enbaress them so i would hold my tung ( my words) and think of something quick.maby... "i think id half to sneeze","Im craving a mint so bad, you want one" ? or...i don know good quesion.

I'm not gross or anything but what does it smell like, garlic from dinner? Then yes. Or funky *** I-don't-brush-my-teeth stench...then NO. I like the "i don't kiss on first date" excuse.

i would look at phone and then play a ringtone then i would pretend as if i was talking to someone on the phone and then say "oh im sooo sorry...my friend is in the hospital..the doctors think he might have halitosis...i mean...a concussion..anyway i really have to leave.." then i would run...
