If guys think she's pretty w/make-up on and I think she's pretty in the morning w/out ....who is right....? Me or the guys.....? ......REMEMBER this is being asked by my guy not me.......

I'm not sure but it sounds like your guy thinks you're pretty without makeup, if I'm understanding this question.
That means you got a good one. Who cares what anybody else thinks.

I would think if she's pretty in the am without makeup that is the test because there is nothing being covered up, if I had a man that thought I was beautiful in the am without a fix up, I'd definitely be hanging on to him!!

depends on her skin tone and flaws. some have nice skin others need help with makeup. so it has to be a personal thing and can not be set in stone like your asking.
