Yes the Harley Davidson Ultra Classic would be an example However you can hang an after market CD on most bikes. Lot of people are not worried about a CD now and would rather have the ability to hook up an I-pod or other such data storage.
Same with storage you can aftermarket saddle bags and other types but your ultimate is the larger touring models.

Some bikes do have radios and CD players (though VERY few have CD players since you can't change the disk without stopping) but those bikes are the Honda Goldwings and other similar bikes. If you want a touring model then go for it. Also, most bikes do have at least a little storage under the seat, but it's not much. Best bet if you want storage and aren't buying a Goldwing or something like that is to either wear a backpack when you need it, or else get saddlebags, tank bags, windshield bags, or backrest bags, or whatever combination of the above suits your needs.

Some of the really big bikes, like Honda's Gold Wing have CD players, GPS, and (seriously!) Airbags! And they also have an abundance of storage space, and lots of 'added' on compartments, that look like plastic boxes...

Harley's have 'saddle' bags, and soft leather compartments which you can stow stuff in as well. Some have 'hard' bags too.

Even the crotch rockets have some storage space, usually beneath the passengers seat. It's not much, but sometimes it contains a tool-kit, or something to that effect.

BMW K 1200 LT also has an available CD player and stereo system. It's a big bike, big enough to have reverse. And it has all the storage you'll ever need to carry your lifetime supply of sauerkraut.
The only smaller bike I know of that had a factory stereo option was the BMW F 650 CS circa 2004. It had a multi purpose platform gimmick where a gas tank usually is on a motorcycle (directly in front of the rider.) You could get a sort of box, a bag that fit neatly, nothing, or the little boom box. Some luggage was also available for it. If you want one, there's one for sale in at Ryder's Choice in Laurel, 59044.

Honda Golwings also offer a 6 disc cd player as an option.
They have plenty of storage space, as do all touring bikes.
